Fortaris works with governments and organizations on defense and security challenges where the problem is hard to define, the constraints are real, and the cost of getting it wrong is high.
Our approach is bespoke. We don’t bring a fixed methodology or an off-the-shelf-product - we put the right people around each situation and build the approach from there, drawing on a team that has operated at the level the work demands across government, military, and industry.
